The workshop layout is organized by process: cutting, welding, machining, painting and final assembly. Critical parts such as pellet mill rollers, dies and shafts are produced under strict tolerances and are checked at each step with measuring tools and run-out tests.

Dedicated machining centers handle heavy-duty parts like mill housings and main shafts, while the welding area focuses on strong, fatigue-resistant frames and ducts. After welding and machining, all key surfaces undergo careful grinding and surface treatment to protect against wear and corrosion.

Before delivery, key machines are trial-run with materials to verify capacity, power consumption, vibration and noise levels. This allows us to deliver plug-and-play lines with shorter on-site commissioning time and fewer unexpected adjustments during start-up.

Our team also works with customers to optimize plant layouts for future expansion, dust control and material flow – planning space for silos, batching, finished product storage and truck loading so that the whole plant operates smoothly from raw material intake to bagging or bulk loading.
