Vibrating Screen — Clean Classification for Pellets, Crumbles & Meal

Vibrating screen is used for screening, grading and scalping of pellets, crumbles and meal in feed and grain plants. It combines multi-deck design, optimized vibration parameters and fully enclosed housing to separate oversize, good product and fines with low dust and controllable particle size distribution.

Vibrating Screen

Why Vibrating Screen

For clean separation of oversize, good product and fines in feed & grain lines.

Multi-Deck Classification

Single, double or triple deck design to separate oversize, correct-size and fines in one machine.

Gentle on Pellets

Optimized vibration and screen inclination help limit pellet breakage while removing fines.

Wide Application

Works for pellets, crumbles, mash screening and safety screening before packing or bulk loading.

Quick Mesh Change

Screen frames designed for relatively easy screen replacement when changing size or cleaning.

Enclosed & Dust-Controlled

Enclosed housing with suction connection reduces dust and improves workshop environment.

Options & Monitoring

Different screen openings, inspection windows, vibration monitoring and anti-wear options available.

    FAQ

What information is needed to select a vibrating screen?
We mainly need material type, bulk density, required capacity (t/h), number of fractions (overs / good product / fines), screen opening size (mm), moisture, installation position and whether you want double / triple deck design.
How many decks can the vibrating screen have?
Normally we use 1–2 decks for simple scalping or safety screening, and up to 3 decks when you need more precise pellet grading or several product fractions. We will propose deck number according to your process.
    Will the screen damage pellets?
With proper vibration parameters, screen inclination and screen area, pellet breakage can be kept very low. We will design the screen to balance capacity, fineness and pellet quality.
Can you connect the screen to dust collection?
Yes. Vibrating screen housing is usually prepared with aspiration connection to your central dust system or local fan and filter, helping control dust when screening pellets, crumbles and meal.
