Ultrafine Feed Pulverizer — Consistent Fineness for High-Value Feed

Ultrafine feed pulverizer is used for super-fine grinding of raw materials in aquatic feed, shrimp feed, premix and piglet feed plants. It combines high-speed rotor, optimized grinding chamber and efficient air system to reach 60–200 mesh fineness with stable product quality and controllable energy consumption.

Why Ultrafine Feed Pulverizer

Designed for high-value feed where consistent fineness and energy efficiency matter.

Ultrafine & Narrow PSD

High-speed rotor and optimized grinding chamber help reach 60–200 mesh with relatively narrow particle size distribution.

Energy-Efficient Design

Proper air assist, screen area and hammer arrangement help reduce kWh/t while keeping output.

Stable System Integration

Works with feeding, dosing, airlock, cyclone and bag filter as a complete grinding system.

Easy Maintenance

Access doors, screen quick-change design and well-arranged hammer/liner make maintenance easier.

Flexible Applications

Suitable for aquatic feed, piglet feed, premix, concentrate and other fine-grinding processes.

Safety & Options

Temperature monitor, vibration sensor, bearing temperature, explosion relief and stainless steel parts are available.

    FAQ

What information is needed to select an ultrafine pulverizer?
We mainly need formula and material type, bulk density, required capacity (t/h), target fineness (mesh), moisture, operating hours, grinding system layout (feeder, airlock, fan, filter) and your safety requirements such as explosion relief.
What fineness range can the pulverizer reach?
Typically we design for around 60–200 mesh depending on formula, screen, classifier and system design. For most aquatic feed and piglet feed lines, 80–150 mesh is commonly used. We will optimize according to your target.
What is the difference from a normal hammer mill?
Ultrafine pulverizer focuses more on finer grinding and narrow PSD. It usually has higher rotor speed, more suitable hammer and screen design, stronger air system and better control of temperature, residue and energy consumption compared with a standard hammer mill for coarse or normal grinding.
Can you provide a complete grinding system?
Yes. We can supply the pulverizer together with feeder, airlock, fan, cyclone / pulse filter, rotary valves, silencers and related steel structures, as well as layout drawing and process design for your project.
