Customized Feed Solutions – Single Machines and Complete Lines

How Our Customized Solution Service Works

Four simple steps from idea to running plant — for both single machines and complete pellet lines.

Step 1 — Share Your Requirements

Capacity, feed type (poultry, livestock, aqua), main raw materials, existing machines and building size. Use the configurator or send us a sketch.

Step 2 — Flow & Machine Selection

We design process flow, pick suitable single machines or line platform (SZLH250/320/350/420) and suggest options like dust control and automation.

Step 3 — Proposal & Layout

You receive layout drawing, machine list and price. We adjust according to your comments until it fits your budget and plan.

Step 4 — Production & Delivery

After order, we manufacture, test-run, ship and send engineers for installation guidance, commissioning and training.

Upgrade or New Plant

Whether you only replace a hammer mill or build a new 10 t/h line, we match new machines to your existing equipment and space.

Long-Term Support

Spare parts, troubleshooting and optimization advice to keep your plant running with high efficiency and good pellet quality.

Quick Configurator – Single Machine or Complete Line

Choose what you need and your basic parameters. The configurator suggests scope, platform and budget band to guide your discussion with us.

    FAQ

Can you only supply one machine?
Yes. Many customers start by upgrading a hammer mill, pellet mill, cooler, dust collector or packing scale, then expand to a full line later.
How do I know which machines I need?
Use the configurator as a first step, then send us your current flow diagram or a simple sketch. Our engineers will propose a machine list and layout.
Can you fit into my existing building?
Yes. Share your building drawings or dimensions and height limits. We adapt the steel structure, bins, elevators and conveyors around your space.
    What about installation and training?
We send engineers for installation guidance and commissioning, and train your operators on daily running and maintenance. Online support and spare parts are available after start-up.
