Line Comparison & Selection Guide
Compare SZLH250/320/350/420 lines and follow our simple steps to select the right plant size.
Target yearly tons = capacity (t/h) × hours/day × working days. 1–3 t/h: SZLH250; 3–5 t/h: SZLH320; 5–8 t/h: SZLH350; 8–12 t/h: SZLH420.
Mainly poultry? Standard conditioner is enough. Aqua feed or high fiber? Upgrade conditioning, crusher and cooler.
Basic: manual batching, lower cost. Standard: semi-auto batching. Advanced: full PLC, recipe and report.
We design intake, grinding, batching, pelleting, bulk & bag packing around your existing building.

Typical Layout for 8–10 t/h SZLH420 Complete Pellet Line
A three-floor tower structure with raw material intake, grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling, screening and packing in one continuous flow.
Intake & Cleaning: Receive and clean raw grains with minimal dust. Accurate Batching: Multi-bin batching scale guarantees formula accuracy. Stable Pelleting: Double-layer conditioner ensures good starch gelatinization and pellet durability. Energy Saving: Short routes, gravity flow where possible and optimized air systems cut power consumption.
Core Line Sections
Intake, pre-cleaning, silos and hammer mill house. Ensure particle size is suitable for pelleting and feed type.
Bins, batching scale and mixer. Auto dosing by formula with ±0.5% accuracy for most components.
Conditioner, SZLH420 pellet mill, counterflow cooler and screener. Stable pellets with low fines.
Bulk bins or bagging section (manual or auto packers) with sealed conveyors and dedusting.
Central control room with PLC/SCADA, line status display, recipe management and alarms.
