    What capacity range is suitable for SZLH420 line?
    We normally design SZLH420 lines for around 8–12 t/h. The exact capacity depends on formula, pellet size, conditioning, motor power and working hours. For smaller capacities, SZLH350 or SZLH320 may be more economical.
    Can you fit the line into my existing building?
    Yes. We can adapt the layout to your workshop length, width and height, and advise on platforms, bins, elevators, conveyors and control room position to keep material flow smooth from intake to packing.
    What information do you need to quote?
    We need your main formulas, target capacity, working hours, pellet sizes, building size, power supply and desired packing method. A simple floor plan or building sketch will make the proposal more accurate.
    Can the line be upgraded later?
    Yes. We can reserve space for extra bins, liquid addition, automatic packing, upgraded PLC control, additional dust collectors or other equipment according to your long-term production plan.
