Why TGSS Series Scraper Conveyor

A strong choice for horizontal transfer of grain, meal and pellets between sections.

Fully Enclosed

Closed casing reduces dust, spillage and cross-contamination along the conveying route.

Long Service Life

Heavy-duty chains, wear strips and well-designed troughs give a long life at proper loading.

Flexible Layout

Suitable for horizontal and slight incline conveying under bins, silos and floors.

Multiple Materials

Handles grain, meal, finished pellets and some by-products with adjusted chain speed.

Easy Maintenance

Access covers and chain tensioning points help your team check and service the conveyor.

Options & Safety

Wear liners, stainless contact parts, speed monitor, overflow switches and explosion vents are available.

    FAQ

What information is needed to select a TGSS conveyor?
We mainly need material type and bulk density, required capacity (t/h), conveyor length and incline angle, temperature, inlet and outlet positions, and whether you need wear liners or stainless steel contact parts.
Can TGSS handle both meal and pellets?
Yes. With proper chain speed and filling rate, TGSS scraper conveyor can handle both meal and pellets. We adjust model and speed based on your material and acceptable particle breakage.
What is the typical maximum incline angle?
TGSS scraper conveyors are mainly used horizontally and with slight incline, usually up to around 10–15°. For steeper conveying we may combine with bucket elevators or other equipment.
