    How to size the dust collector?
    Start from each process point air volume, then choose a realistic air-to-cloth ratio (typically 1.0–1.8 m/min). Use the estimator above and send us your layout so we can confirm filter area, bag number and model.
    Is it suitable for explosive dust?
    For combustible dusts you may need explosion vents, isolation and proper earthing. We can adapt the design to relevant standards when you share your dust type and classification.
    What compressed air do I need?
    Typically clean, dry compressed air at 4–6 bar is required. The estimator above gives a rough air consumption figure. We confirm the exact demand and header design during engineering.
